Savage Cycles has been grateful for the success we have had over the years. For that, we want to say THANK YOU to our customers.
Growth brings about change, and we want to have an efficient, effective shop to provide the best customer service possible. Your bike, and the quality of our services, remain our top priority. Going forward, here are a few changes we will implement:
- Effective immediately, service work will be done by appointment instead of drop-off.
- We will schedule you on a first come, first served basis.
We are hoping this new direction will significantly reduce (and hopefully eliminate) the delays we encountered and create a more even workflow. As with any change, there will be kinks to work out along the way, but we believe it will be of benefit to all our customers and to our crew and allow us to get work out in a more timely fashion without being rushed and making mistakes.
